Our vision and values underpin the characteristics and the characteristics underpin the Grateley curriculum. We believe that strong, trusting connections between staff and children, children and staff and children and children is paramount. Children learn in a safe and trusting environment. 

We also believe that everyone is a lifelong learner and so we are a school that reads and we use the research and information to develop ourselves and our practice.
