Auto-belay climbing is basically like 'clip and climb' but you are clipped to this machine like a firm tyre.  You climb to the top of the tower then when you are at the top you push off the climbing wall with your feet.  The machine slowly lowers you down to the ground.  My favourite part about auto-belay was when me, Milana and Ellie climbed to the top together, then we all shouted 'MINIONS, TONIGHT WE STEAL THE MOON!'  I think this activity was fun, exciting, enjoyable and surprisingly, not scary.
