We had a fantastic time on World Book Day.  Everyone came as their favourite book characters and the costumes were amazing!  We shared lots of stories on the day and then spent the afternoon looking at the books shortlisted for the Hampshire Picture Book Awards.  We split into groups and listened to each story before having a go at a creative activity linked to the text.  At the end of the afternoon we voted for our favourite.  We have sent off our votes to Hampshire School Library Service and now we just have to wait and see who wins!
